Who we are

JYC Equipment is a wholesale buyer of used heavy equipment. We buy equipment directly for our own account. We are not a lead-generation service, broker or affiliate marketer.

Information we collect

Name, company, email, phone number, equipment details and messages you send us, plus basic website technical data.

How we use it

To evaluate and purchase your equipment, arrange inspections and logistics, communicate about deals, and comply with law.

SMS and mobile information

We do not sell, rent or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to communicate with you about your equipment transactions. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging platform) who process it solely to deliver our messages.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers acting for us (e.g., transport carriers for a transaction you agreed to) or as required by law.

Security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards and keep data only as long as needed for business and legal purposes.
